Welcome to Aspiring Inn. By accessing or using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Reservations and Payments

• All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
• Guests are required to provide valid personal details during booking.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
• We accept payments via secure online gateways, credit/debit cards, or UPI.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Identification

Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID proof at the time of check-in. Foreign guests must provide a valid passport and visa.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property and other guests. Misconduct, illegal activities, or damage to hotel property will result in eviction and legal action.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies are detailed on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. Please review them before booking.

6. Liability

Aspiring Inn is not responsible for loss of valuables, personal injury, or damage to property unless caused by proven negligence from the hotel’s side.

7. Website Usage

All content, including images and text, are owned by Aspiring Inn and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
