Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. This policy explains the conditions under which guests may cancel their booking and request a refund at Aspiring Inn.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method. Transaction fees, if any, will be deducted as per bank or payment gateway policies.

3. Amendments

Guests can modify their booking dates up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to room availability. Rate differences (if applicable) will be charged.

4. Force Majeure

In events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be issued as credit vouchers redeemable for future stays.

5. Cancellation by Hotel

In rare cases where the hotel must cancel a confirmed booking (due to maintenance or safety concerns), guests will receive a full refund or alternate accommodation of equal value.
